Wilderness Properties is a well-established real estate agency in the heart of Wilderness. Known for their personal touch, local roots, and trusted expertise in property sales and rentals, the team offer residential and commercial property sales across Wilderness, Hoekwil, Blue Mountain Village, and surrounds.

Founded in 2008, Wilderness Properties has grown into a respected name in the Garden Route. At the helm, Andrea Watkinson is a popular figure in our small seaside village community, supporting local businesses with a warm smile, and enthusiastic attitude to life. Andrea Watkinson, started the business in August 2008, with her late husband, Neville Watkinson and property practitioner Elsebie Pullen. In December 2009, Andrea joined the Fine & Country franchise and Don Tager joined as an estate agent.  This dynamic team served the community in sales and rentals and built a strong and well respected business in the Wilderness area.

Amelia Sequeira joined the team on 1^st March 2012 as administrator and assistant to Andrea.  Amelia quickly became indispensable as she assisted the team.    Amelia now also handles all the rentals in addition to her administrative duties.

With offices located in a prime spot in the heart of the Wilderness village, anyone walking through the village is sure to pass our windows and pop in for a chat or information on properties in the area.

By the end of 2014 the decision was made to become an independent agency and the business name changed to Wilderness Properties.

Vanessa Hau-Yoon joined the team in September 2017 as a property practitioner, and the following year Elsebie Pullen took the big step and retired from the industry.

Since 2008 there have been many changes, some sad losses but also many happy and exciting times, and we aim to continue to build on past experience and our good reputation within the Wilderness community.  Wilderness Properties specializes in sales, short and long term rentals as well as property management.

With an emphasis on personalised service, local expertise, and honest guidance, their portfolio reflects the diversity and charm of the area from modern homes in gated estates, income generating investments, retirement and assisted living estates, forest hideaways, sea-view mansions, and spacious country properties.

Rental management services are handled with care and attention to detail by Amelia Sequeira, who joined in 2012. Vanessa Hau-Yoon is our dedicated property practitioner offering sound local insights and is committed to assisting clients in finding the right fit to suit their needs.
