Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy is a reference to Garden Route 101 South Africa. References to rights and/or obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI Act") must be interpreted to mean that such rights and/or obligations shall only become enforceable once the POPI Act comes into operation, and then only in accordance with the provisions of the POPI Act. For the avoidance of doubt, references to the POPI Act does not create rights nor obligations in contract or otherwise.

Data protection is important for us, and we take it very seriously. We are committed to trust-based cooperation with you and strive to ensure your satisfaction in every respect. We have taken substantial precautions to ensure the security of your data.
