Interpretation
Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy policy is a reference to Garden Route 101 South Africa. References to rights and/or obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI Act") must be interpreted to mean that such rights and/or obligations shall only become enforceable once the POPI Act comes into operation, and then only in accordance with the provisions of the POPI Act.
